Boot Camp Challenge at San Diego MCRD

With only a week and a half of half-assed training I ran the 3 mile obstacle course at Boot Camp Challenge at San Diego Marine Corps Recruit Depot. Ran isn't exactly accurate; I probably only ran 1/3 of it. I felt like puking much of time but it was fun.

Climbing La Tuna Canyon

I rode 31 miles today. It was the usual 6.8 to work through Griffith Park plus the 1130 ft climb up La Tuna Canyon to Tujunga and then down through Glendale back to Los Feliz. With a stop at Rubio's to refuel.

Exhausted from the 1000' climb.
